The staff made this stay stand out. They helped arrange tours, offered me a late checkout on their own, and even sent me off with a thoughtful little gift. The laundry was the cheapest I used in Cambodia, and everything came back smelling fresh. I was there for five nights in a twin room. It was a bit cramped for opening suitcases, and there were no switches by the beds. The room's only window faced the corridor, so I kept the curtain shut. Still, it was perfectly adequate. Breakfast choices were limited, but cooked fresh to order, which I much preferred to a buffet. I'd happily recommend the hotel and stay again.

The staff were really friendly, and it was great to have a pool to cool off in after a hot day at the temples. Breakfast was good too. There are plenty of useful places along the road, including bike hire and laundry, plus some of the best restaurants we've tried on this trip. The old town and markets are about a 10-minute walk away. I'd recommend staying here.

The place is clean, comfortable, and well kept, with private villas as well as separate rooms. There's a private pool and sun loungers in the garden. It's also right around the center of Siem Reap. The whole team was so kind and pleasant. Thanks for the hospitality!

My first room was amazing, and the stay felt magical until the final night. They moved me to a terrible room with no hot water, which ended up ruining the whole experience. I was also disappointed to be overcharged. Some staff members were great, while others were rude, so the service felt very inconsistent.
