After exploring Siem Reap, this peaceful, stylish resort surrounded by nature was a lovely place to unwind. The spacious rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable, and the calm pool area is refreshing. Staff were warm and welcoming, always smiling and providing excellent service. BayStone Resort has a lovely Cambodian atmosphere and felt like a home away from home in the Kingdom of Wonder. π°πβ¨

We stayed 7 nights. The location and room were both quiet and very good, with a comfortable bed and a big shower room with hot water. Staff were polite and cleaned the room when asked. The internet was disappointing, unreliable and sometimes slow. The TV wasn't connected, and there was no box or remote, so we couldn't use USB to watch movies. We didn't use the pool. It didn't look very inviting.

Nice hotel, but some money was taken by the cleaners. Don't leave anything valuable there. Edit to reply: As I said at the time, I have no reason to lie. It was a small amount, and I don't want reimbursement or to cause a problem. I know the money was taken, it wasn't a mistake on my part. The photos you showed me had all the money in them, but some notes were missing from the room. I mentioned it to make you aware and to warn other customers not to leave money here, or to lock everything I safe. I've also reviewed on the booking website. You can find my information here. I have nothing to hide and no reason to lie.

The pool was refreshing, Pub Street was 3 minutes away by tuk tuk, and there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was cheap and low budget, though. The AC cooled the room only barely, and the place is very dated and needs a total makeover. My booking confirmed free airport pick up, as did their website, but they didn't provide the service. It felt like a deceitful marketing ploy. Communication was non existent. They never answered emails, Facebook, or IG messages. Cannot recommend.

This resort is a little gem, with super friendly staff and a very nice pool. The rooms are large, well decorated, super clean, and have comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water, too. Breakfast was great, with lots of choices, all made to order.
