The Amazing Residence

The price is acceptable, but the room felt small, dull, and dated. There’s no hot shower, and the parking area is quite limited. This place needs a full renovation.

The bathroom door is transparent, so you can see people naked inside, and the room was both loud and much too bright. The water smelled metallic and tasted sour. There was algae and mold in the bathroom, yellow stains all over the towels, and dirty walls. Even the water bottles looked as if they’d been sitting there for months. They use glass bottles instead of plastic-sealed ones. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Everything was horrible, and the room felt like a health hazard.

The location is very convenient, with Pub Street, the market, and all kinds of places nearby: street food, pharmacies, bike rentals, banks, restaurants, a theatre, laundromat, bakery, exchanges, supermarkets, souvenir shops, and more. Rooms are spacious, the balconies are a decent size, and the price is reasonable. Wi-Fi is very good, and rooms facing away from the street are quiet. The building is a bit run down and needs upkeep. The old building has no elevator, while the new one does. The hot water is only lukewarm.

A lovely spot just at the edge of the touristy centre, so it was easy to walk around but still quiet. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the room was fantastic. After humid days, the pool was a welcome way to cool off. The food was delicious too. Such a brilliant gem, I’d highly recommend staying here.
