Kep Eden

We spent three nights here, near the famous crab market, and it was easily the best place to stay in Kep. There's plenty to do, including the discovery centre, and the food is amazing. Sunset drinks at waves were beautiful. The staff were so helpful, and I'd definitely stay again.

I expected better from a five-star resort and restaurant. From the start the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, with a constant sense of being judged instead of welcomed. Staff kept coming to our table to tell us what not to do, and it made it very uncomfortable to enjoy ourselves. At this level of hospitality, I'd expect staff to help guests feel relaxed, valued and cared for, rather than watched.

The peaceful views over the lush green lawn, Kep West and the sea made our two-night stay at Knai Bang Chatt feel especially refreshing. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the restaurant served flavorful local and Western dishes, all beautifully prepared. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and the hospitality was warm. We couldn't have asked for more. A relaxing, memorable getaway, and we'll definitely be back!

The beachside dinner our team arranged was the highlight, with a BBQ near The Wave as the sun set over Bokor mountain. The gardens and rooms are lovely, and our room looked out toward the beach. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and the coffee was good. We were there for a company retreat, and the hospitality was superb. The peaceful pool was a great finishing touch. Thanks, I’ll be back.
