Koulen Central Hotel

Sam Voleak made breakfast a lovely start to each morning. She was welcoming, attentive, and quick to notice what guests needed, always with a warm smile. Meak was just as friendly and welcoming. Their teamwork and positive attitude made the dining area feel comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at Koulen Central Hotel, Siem Reap, and want to thank the Food & Beverage team for their outstanding service and dedication.

The rooms were spacious and clean, though our shower sometimes didn't work properly and there wasn't always hot water. Breakfast was pretty good, but we felt the choices were limited. The facilities were very good, including the gym, spa, three swimming pools, and sky bar. Staff, especially Nith and Saivyeng, were kind, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed to find something. It was a short but sweet family stay at the Koulen Central Hotel. The location was ideal, close to Angkor Wat and restaurants like Fellini, Amazon Apsara, and Travancore. With a few improvements, it could be even better.

The price felt worth it, especially with the free sauna and cold plunge, a great gym, and a really good breakfast. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, and it truly feels like a five star place should. If you're thinking of splurging on a hotel in Siem Reap, I'd pick this one.

The rooftop pool and sunbed area were great, and the staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. We used their drivers for airport pickup and day trips, and everything worked brilliantly. It's a lovely, central hotel for walking to Siem Reap's main spots. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the Sky Bar was good for lunch and dinner, though I wish there had been Khmer dishes on the menu. Unfortunately, the room walls were very thin, so we could hear everything next door.
