It's a good choice if you don't need internet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though a bit old. I've never seen an internet connection this terrible in this day and age.

The hotel is right in the city center, with roomy accommodation options for solo guests, couples, families, and groups of any size. It’s fully furnished and has a distinctive design, plus a large outdoor pool and a gym. I’d recommend it for a stay or for small, medium, or large meetings and conferences.

The staff, especially Vannchay, were warm, helpful, and professional, and the price was very competitive. Since I had to leave Siem Reap late, they let me come back after checkout to shower and rest. That was great service.

The room was comfortable and the toilet was clean. The problem was the Wi-Fi: connecting from the third floor was difficult, and it was so slow I couldn’t even browse Facebook.

Check-in went smoothly, and the lobby was clean. The staff were nice, too. In room 338, though, the air conditioner wasn’t cooling the room even after an hour. I asked the staff to look at it, then went out for dinner. By the time I got back it seemed to be working somewhat, and the rest of my stay was great.
