Ta Prohm Hotel & Spa

The wood carvings and floors are beautiful, and the decor has a lovely style. The location lets you enjoy the city while still having some quiet, and the staff were kind and welcoming. I also enjoyed the varied, delicious breakfast. My room needed more maintenance: the toilet was stained, the sheets were ripped, and brown water came from the pipes. There was no ceiling light, so the room felt very dark, and there wasn’t a power plug beside the bed. The pool water was freezing, which made it uninviting. Apart from the cold pool and small gym, services like the sauna, steam room, and massages cost extra. I had a pleasant stay and would come back, though by international standards I don’t think the hotel can be considered four stars.

The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, and the hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well kept. Its location is ideal, very close to Pub Street and the Night Market. The beds weren’t comfortable, and there was a large opening in the wall beneath the bathroom sink.

We stayed for ten days and were sorry to leave. The room was quiet, set away from the front of the hotel, clean, and luxurious. Everything worked as it should, and the staff were friendly and attentive to what guests needed. The location was great too, across from the river and night market, with shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place.

I stayed here for my honeymoon and loved it. The location is unbeatable, and the hotel has a sophisticated feel, with wood throughout and carved wooden figures and details in the walls and ceilings of every room. The staff were kind, helpful, and efficient. I especially liked the breakfast room, with paintings that tell and illustrate how the temples were built. I strongly recommend it.
