The owner has clearly thought through the little things. There are clean, roomy rooms, with balconies on each floor that everyone can use, including for smoking. The place is good value, with a really welcoming feel. Staff and owner are amazingly friendly and go out of their way to help, and the owner speaks good English. You can buy drinks downstairs and add them to your room bill.
