The garden and pool were lovely, and we were pleasantly surprised by the kids club. The whole place felt calm and uncrowded, with staff happy to help us plan outings and get transport. Our room was roomy and nicely decorated, and they tried to have it ready early when we arrived in the morning. That was a huge help with our one-year-old. Everyone was so friendly and clearly adored our little one. Lunch was pretty good, though you can eat for less elsewhere, as you might expect at a five-star hotel. We had a great stay and would return to Siem Reap.

We booked five nights and ended up staying twelve. The warm pool was a lovely place to cool off after a day sightseeing, and breakfast was a treat. Everything was exceptionally clean and well run, with efficient, courteous staff. The rooms were lovely, and the whole hotel had thoughtful details, quality furniture, and a well-designed Art Deco colonial style. One of the best hotels we've stayed in anywhere, and we've stayed in a lot. Definitely recommend it.

The tour guide arranged for us was friendly and helpful, and the French restaurant was great. Breakfast was amazing too. Service throughout was exceptional, with the bed made and towels replaced twice a day. The pool is nicely oversized. The bathroom could use some renovation, though. Massages were great, but pricey.

We enjoyed our three nights at Victoria Angkor and would visit again. The staff were fantastic, and our room was cleaned twice daily. In the heat of 38 degrees, the air conditioning was unbelievable. There’s a big pool, an on-site spa, and a small gym area. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of Asian and Western choices, served from 6am to 10.30.

We loved the hotel's quaint, old-fashioned feel. It's a proper posh hotel, but I wouldn't call it a resort. The rooms were very nice, and the big pool is simple but great. The food was very good and cheap by the standards back home. Breakfast was excellent, though pricey, and Sunday Brunch was a wonder and amazingly cheap. The Spa was pretty good and reasonably priced, especially at happy hour. Happy Hour cocktails are hard to resist, $8 for four, or okay, $4 for two. Service was wonderful, friendly, efficient, and helpful.
