The food was good, and they packed meals for our tours. The restaurant has a hip mid-century style. My room felt stylish and relaxing, almost like a good spa, with a rainshower, a comfortable bed, soft sheets, and plenty of downy pillows. The staff were really welcoming, helpful, and flexible. They treated me like both family and a princess. A wonderful stay at Vilada.

The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel was nice and quiet at night. After a long, sweaty day exploring temples, it was a great place to unwind. The food was good too. It's about 2 km from downtown siem reap, and getting into town isn't especially easy, so a tuk tuk is highly recommended. But the staff were amazing, super friendly, and went above and beyond to help guests. I can't recommend it enough, especially for the kind and helpful staff.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed our time. Our room was clean, very nice, and well equipped. Everything was perfect.

We first stayed here once, then decided to come back later. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean with good design. Breakfast was a sandwich and juice. When we rented a motorbike, they offered us a parking space in the backyard. Some people say it's too far from Pub street, but I like that it's quiet and cozy, so you can sleep well at night.
