The apartment furniture looks nice, but it's cheaply made and keeps breaking, and you end up paying for the landlord's low-cost renovations. The Wi-Fi is both expensive and very slow. I've had to move online work meetings several times because it wasn't working. The management company is terrible. They don't make anything easier and just wear down your nerves and budget. The receptionists are incompetent too. After you sign the lease, that's the last time you'll see a smile or a proper receptionist.

At LZ Sea View Residences, the reception and management handled complaints terribly. For hours, my messages were ignored, I got misleading explanations that they were only moving a truck while construction continued, and nobody clearly explained why night work was allowed or when it would end. There was no real apology, fix, or compensation. Only after I sent repeated messages and video did I get the generic reply, “It’s only today, it won’t happen again.” The communication felt dismissive and unprofessional, with no accountability or respect for residents. The incident was on a Sunday night, with heavy machinery, bright lights, and nonstop noise from construction after 11:00 PM. Sleeping was impossible. This was full construction at night in a residential building, not a small disturbance. It left me feeling that residents' comfort doesn't matter to management. The staff seemed untrained and unable to deal with basic complaints. The building felt more like a construction site with apartments than a proper residential complex. If peace, quiet, and basic respect matter to you, avoid this place.

I've paid my deposit and never been late with rent, but on the due date the management office keeps pushing me to pay. If I were late, I'd understand. Their service is the worst. Staff there need retraining. The office should help residents and keep things running smoothly, not have landlords threaten to cut off electricity and water on rent day.

There’s a large construction site nearby, which is part of what the prices tell you. Stays here start at six months, and anything shorter counts as a short stay. I'm not sure how to rate the place, so I settled on four because I don't want to offend anyone.
