We were four adults and booked on the day in mid-August, since we hadn’t planned to stay in Sihanoukville. Town felt messy and noisy, and the beach there wasn’t the best, so we were glad to find this remote place. The drive from the city was about 5 km on a rough road and took our driver a while, but the quiet setting and beach less than a 10-minute walk away made it worth it. The manager and team were welcoming and friendly. If you want an original, down-to-earth stay instead of one of the big group hotels around town, this place could suit you.

The round rooms and beds are cute, and the shared public space is nice. It’s off season, though, so there wasn’t anyone to talk to. A local staff member spoke good English and was great to chat with; the whole staff was friendly, including those who didn’t speak English. Breakfast was really good, especially the hashbrowns, and they pay attention to little details many places miss. It’s a bit away from most activities, which I think is a plus, but you’ll need a tuktuk or scooter to get around. They rent scooters for $5 a day.

Between the quiet beaches of Otress 1 and Otress 2, this place feels peaceful and homely, with good facilities. Boss and Staff were welcoming, friendly, quick to respond, and helpful, and they make good food. Great value.

It’s a little far from the city, but that makes it easy to enjoy some quiet time and relax while traveling here. The staff are friendly and helpful, and will answer questions about renting a motorbike, tours, or booking services. A nice place to stay and unwind.

The manager is polite and speaks good English, the food is delicious, and the room is good. I love that the place is right in front of the beautiful beach. Whenever I travel in sihanouk, I stay here. I totally recommend this hotel.
