The staff were mean and unfriendly, and the service was awful. Our room was disgusting, with dirty furniture, mold on the curtains, and a filthy bathroom. It felt like the room hadn't been washed, and everything smelled of smoke. The lock was broken. When we asked to move rooms, they said we'd have to pay half the price. ๐คฎ๐คฎ๐คฌ

The food was disgusting, and the hotel was absolutely terrible. The maid stole an extension cord and a knife.

There was damp shaved hair on the couch, and the room hadn't been cleaned.
