The room was really nice. There's a small pool in front of each room with a fish π . The pool was very nice and good π, and really cold π₯Ά.

The staff were the best and gave us excellent service π. We had an excellent stay, with huge, super-clean rooms. The kids loved playing in the nice, clean swimming pool across from our rooms. I'm sure we'll stay here again on our next trip to Kampot, and for longer π π.

This bungalow is highly recommended. I really liked the style and vibe, and the room was fancy and clean. Service was great and the view was beautiful. The location is nice, too. From here, we could easily visit places like Tek Chhou, DoungTe, Kayak Park, Hill Cafe, and Ta Da waterfall.

We spent a full week here, Saturday to Saturday, so got a feel for most situations an average guest might encounter. The new hotel manager is a good lady who helped us a lot, especially with the restaurant bill problem. I hope she can tackle the issues, but at the moment I can't recommend staying here. If they sort out the service and create their own concept and standards, it could be a good place. Right now, its only benefit is a relatively reasonable price. The hotel is in a peaceful spot near town, in a sort of Kampot suburb, with nothing interesting within walking distance. We rented two motorbikes in Kampot to get there. That was better and cheaper than a tuk-tuk or taxi, and made it easy to go into town or around the area, from Kep to Bokor Mountain and the pepper farms. The hotel seems fairly new, and we found no significant problems inside our room or bungalow. The staff were polite, welcoming, and tried to help, but often didn't know how to handle things properly. When we asked them to get the construction workers to turn off loud music, they did, but then played music at the same volume in the hotel. No one asked whether we wanted the room or bungalow cleaned, towels changed, or the full recycling bin emptied. We got a restaurant receipt for food we hadn't ordered and nearly a dozen receipts for free breakfast items. The receptionist said we'd have to pay for each extra breakfast dish, something never mentioned during our stay. The breakfast menu is short, with a separate drinks menu. Security was also a concern. At 4am, guests from the neighboring bungalow came back very drunk with βspecial ladiesβ and made a mess, shouting, crying, and swearing. I went to reception, but there was no staff at the hotel, so I had to calm them down myself. That's something I think the staff should manage. Breakfast was included and served a la carte, but the selection was very, VERY limited. By the fourth day, going to breakfast felt like food torture from childhood rather than trying foreign cuisine. As for the restaurant, or the chef in particular, they aren't likely to be nominated for a Michelin star.

There are four rooms, and each one is large enough to sleep up to six people comfortably. The issue is that the electricity can't support the air conditioning when guests have rented all the villas.
