Otres Beach is only a few minutes away, and the location was acceptable. Our bedroom was nice, but the bathroom drain didn't work properly. Still, we slept incredibly well. It felt calm and really peaceful to us.

I booked two rooms, and the locks were broken on both. The facilities were old.

The toilet drain was blocked, making it really difficult to shower. The first room wasn't cool and its door lock wasn't working properly, so I had to move. The air conditioning in the next room didn't work either, and I spent the night using a fan. They said every room was full, so I couldn't upgrade. The staff weren't helpful or polite. They also accused us of lying about the room because I wanted a $5 discount. Isn't that funny? Does $5 mean so much to your hotel? The worst experience ever.

The stay was comfortable and clean, but the AC wasn't cool enough. I was there for two nights and got bottled water for only one night, which didn't seem right compared with other hotels or resorts that provide water according to the length of the stay.

The room was fairly clean, but it wasn't what I expected. I paid the full price for the room shown in the pictures and was given a different one. The receptionist wasn't friendly, and the Wi-Fi was slow. The road to the hotel might not be safe at night. I wouldn't recommend it π.
