Ta Kloy Tip Bungalow

The rooms were dirty, and so was the rest of the place. It looked like a construction site, with rats outside, and the hotel wasn't even finished. We tried to talk to someone about a solution, but they couldn't speak English. A very bad place, I wouldn't recommend it.

After we decided not to stay, they wouldn't return our deposit. They offered to lower the price if we changed rooms, but the replacement was smaller, for three people instead of four, so naturally it should have cost less. There was no compensation for the time we lost or apology about the dirty room. Every room they offered had bed bugs and roaches. The only one without bed bugs had stained, dirty bed linens and pillowcases, and the bed cover had blood and urine stains. I would never come back.

The location isn't great, though it's close to the airport. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and fine for one night. The pool looked clean and well looked after.

We tried changing rooms three times, but every one had bed bugs, and there were live bugs and a cockroach on the beds. We ended up leaving our deposit behind and booking somewhere else. The male staff member seemed way too nonchalant about it, lol.
