The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, and I'd happily return. I arrived late for breakfast, after the breakfast bar was officially meant to close at 9, but the staff still served me without any fuss. I really appreciated that kindness.

Good value and really friendly guys outside who help you cross the street. It's also easy to get a Grab, the ride app you need in Asia.

My room was large and clean, with a nice view, a good working AC, and a spacious bathroom and shower. There were lots of English TV channels, and breakfast was basic but good. The main hassle was having just one elevator for 12 floors, which made getting up and down slow, so plan for that. The location is a little out of the way. I walked to the royal palace in 25 minutes, though in hot weather I'd recommend taking a tuk tuk.

Breakfast was cold and had very few choices, the bed was hard as a rock, and the wifi didn't work at all. The room felt old and run down. The bathroom was somewhat clean but very dark, with no shower door and a high, open window. I stayed one night on a tour of Cambodia, and wouldn't stay here again.

They kindly held our things after checkout so we could wander around and have lunch. The hotel is near plenty of places to eat and a mini mart, though nearby restaurants are a bit pricey because there are many embassies close by. We had a clean, spacious room on the 8th floor with a good city view. It came with water, coffee packets, toiletries, a hair dryer, a safe, and a mini fridge. It's a clean, mid-sized hotel with a huge lobby, and the staff were friendly. I'd recommend staying here when you're in PP.
