The owners can't be blamed for the city, which is pretty horrible. The hotel is somewhat better, though not by much. The staff are nice and there's a pool, which is why I give it three stars. It's run down, though, and I think it merits only two. I'd plan to go straight to the islands or stay in Kampot, where the atmosphere is much nicer, instead of spending a night in Sihanouksville.

The people are friendly, and the pool has a green view. The rooms are just okay, but the pool is nice and kids will love it. Mine does. Breakfast is great, all you can eat from 7am-1pm for $5.75. All in all, a nice place.

The Karaoke bar was unbelievably loud until at least 2am, and the beds were really uncomfortable.
