The room had a great size and layout. Some maintenance has been put off, which seems common for oceanfront properties, but the staff's excellent service helped make those issues less of a problem. Tamika was very professional and helpful last year, and she was just as helpful and nice this year. Shareen also came by the property a few times to address some of our concerns. The broken washing machine was the biggest worry and could have turned into a nightmare. Shareen made sure it was sorted out, all while staying friendly and professional. She was wonderful.

We had a feast thanks to Allison, the restaurant's chef. We caught four lionfish while scuba diving, and she cooked two grilled and two breaded for us. The rooms were very nice, the beach was easy to get to, and there's a nice restaurant on the property. It was a great place to stay.

We stayed for a week in March 2024 in a beachfront two-bedroom apartment. It was bright, spacious, and tastefully furnished, with an unbelievable large balcony looking out over the ocean and St Kitts mountains. Both bedrooms had their own balconies with views of Mount Nevis. The property has a mix of rentals and expat owners. It felt quiet and safe, and worked well for families. Daily room service was provided. The stay was great, except for one day when Nevis's water supply to the area was suspended for 6-7 hours.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we had a wonderful vacation. The Hamilton Villas arranged lots of things for us, making it easy to get to the hot baths, hike Nevis Peak with a guide, and take the sugar cane railway, with water taxi and taxi rides included. We had just one miscommunication during our eight days. The beach was beautiful and quiet in the last week of April, and we could walk down the beach or take a cab to so many things.
