The air conditioner in room 208 wouldn't work properly. I turned it on and pressed the temperature-down button, but the temperature went up, and the airflow was weak. I left my room key in the locker with the AC running, handed the remote to the counter, and explained the problem. They wouldn't listen at first, then it started working, so I asked them to test the remote. They spent over an hour replacing it, and when I came back after dinner and tried the AC again because it was hot, the replacement remote didn't work either. I said it was acting up again and offered to go with them, so the manager came and tried it himself. The remote still didn't work. While testing it, he talked to an acquaintance on his personal phone. The staff had no service mindset and were rude. The AC only put out lukewarm air, not even at fan level 1, but they said it was working. When I asked if I could sleep in that room in summer, they said they were canceling my reservation and told me to leave quickly. It was the most absurd experience. I parked properly in the small parking lot, but there was a big kid kicking a soccer ball against the wall. I told the owner, "Hey, someone's playing soccer over there!" and said, "I'm not going to the owner's car. Can the owner even control the ball?" The building is old, the facilities are poorly maintained, and they speak carelessly, with no service mindset. I can't believe a place like this is doing business. I think it reflects badly on Andong. There'd been a major fire nearby and it was a disaster area, so I came to offer even a little help. I don't think I'll ever come to Andong again.
