We liked the place a lot. Our triple room was basic but clean, with very clean sheets and towels. The bathroom was shared, but we never had to wait at all. Everyone else staying there was considerate, so it was quiet and we slept really well. There's a small kitchen to use, and breakfast is simple: toast, butter, jam, and tea or coffee, with no milk. We added our own fruit and milk, and that was plenty. The volunteers were helpful with tourist information, maps, and bus timetables, which made it easier to plan what to see. The staff were friendly, and the location is central in Andong, close to bus stops. We had a great stay and would recommend it. We'd read negative mattress reviews, but ours were firm and comfortable. I was there with my two kids, aged 8 and 9.

The hosts were lovely and helped at every step with our Andong plans and the sights. The staff were especially nice, and we had comfortable beds, a free washing machine, simple breakfast, and lots of board games. This is a great little hostel in Andong city, very close to the market, with shared bikes for getting around. Highly recommended if you're staying in Andong.

We booked the two-room apartment, which was roomy and comfortable. It's a simple, affordable place, and though some things are old and worn, the heated floors were a highlight. Breakfast was included, basically toast and coffee. The location is great too, right in the heart of town and an easy walk to Andong's food streets and market.

Honestly, this was the worst place I've stayed in South Corea. It was really dirty, starting with the kitchen sink, where there may have been food scraps for weeks. There was a bunch of hair on the bathroom floor, and the shower had no hot water. The terrace was the only part that was okay, but it hadn't been cleaned. I wouldn't recommend it.

They gave me a really warm welcome, and the staff explained the attractions around andong and helped me with anything I needed. The price felt well worth it with free breakfast, a laundry machine, a water dispenser, and more. The owner even helped me get back my jacket, which I'd lost on the intercity bus ❤️
