Jimmy Guest House - Hostel

There was no privacy. The owner kept pressing us to spend time with him, stayed in the apartment around the clock in the living room, and watched soccer late at night, which made it hard to sleep. He also went into our rooms while we were out, ate some of our food, and even hung up our laundry and underwear. We were all women and every room was rented out, which made his constant presence uncomfortable. I thought I had rented the whole apartment, not just a room, because the listing details weren't clear. The owner had offered a discount, which I accepted, then accused me of tricking him when I arrived with my sister, despite our message history clearly showing what we'd discussed. Once I showed him the messages, he dropped it. A woman I'd become friends with had paid for a particular room. When another group wanted to book, he tried to move her to a smaller room in a different apartment across town. That was absurd. I wouldn't recommend this place. It was an uncomfortable stay with a clingy older man who seemed desperate for foreign friends.
