The location worked for me during the few weeks I stayed on and off while my husband was working nearby. The bed is quite firm, so keep that in mind. There’s a small but adequate fridge, and housekeeping came daily to empty the trash and make the beds. The clothes rack and hangers were useful, and there’s a nice laundromat within walking distance. The parking garage is small, with very tight spaces, and the bathroom has almost nowhere to put your things. Breakfast was much the same each day and disappointing, though eggs and toast may be enough for you. There were a few other choices too, which I didn’t photograph. Bottled water and juice seemed to be available without limit, which was handy. The place was nice enough, and the friendly staff would help call a taxi or get you what you needed.

Mr. Park made my stay much better. I don’t speak Korean, but he was happy to call cabs for me and answer everyday questions I had about Korea. He was so friendly and easy to talk to. The room was nice, and housekeeping kept everything in order. Great hotel!

The staff were fantastic. They called taxis for us, and when none were available, they even drove our group to where we needed to go. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with free WiFi, breakfast in the morning, and snacks available all day.

The hotel’s handy for shopping and restaurants, and the staff were really nice. Breakfast tasted fresh, though it was a little different. They could use more washers and dryers.

I’ve stayed here four times and would come back. My recommendation is based on value, not hotel industry ratings. At $78 a night, it’s a great quick, inexpensive option, with restaurants, coffee shops, and cream shops right outside. The staff speak enough English to get by, and breakfast is free, though it isn’t Western-style. The bathroom is impressive, with plenty of toiletries, and the personal kit is better than what I’ve found elsewhere. Beds and pillows are clean and comfortable enough, but quite firm, so don’t expect a soft US-style double mattress. I actually like the change and find it good for my back. If you’re visiting Camp Humphreys, it’s a convenient place to stay in Asan if you have transportation.
