The staff were so warm and professional that I’d happily return. My dad and I spent one night here during a trip to Korea and had a lovely time together. Guests get 50% off the public sauna and bath. Our room was clean, though a few things needed maintenance, and I think the hotel could use a renovation. Still, for a city like Onyang, it seems they’re doing their best.

The staff can speak several languages, which is a real plus for guests. It’s a pleasant hotel with good service in the area, and would suit a short stay. I’d call it a three-star place.

The price is reasonable for a modern hotel, though it’s a little old. It was clean and worked well for business or sightseeing. There’s a Japanese restaurant and a Korean one, plus a public bath, though I’m not sure it uses spring water.
