They asked me to pay an extra 15,000 won on top of the accommodation fee. The parking charge hadn’t been mentioned when I made the reservation.

The room condition and lack of amenities were bad, and the front desk staff’s attitude didn’t help. If you go and regret it, it’ll be too late.

They said the room had been cleaned, but there was dust around the hair dryer and the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes. It didn’t feel clean overall. I’d left something behind and asked them to look for it. I know that was my fault, but I did give them a specific location, and they just said the staff must have looked. I couldn’t tell if they’d really checked, which was frustrating. The service seemed poor, and the staff’s manners were a mess. I wouldn’t recommend it. If I’d known, I would have gone to a jjimjilbang instead.

The stay was clean and warm, and I had a good time. I understand wanting to cut down on disposable items, but having to buy everything except a toothbrush felt like a rip-off. There wasn’t even a comb, and needing to purchase such basic things was annoying. Please keep that in mind.
