Yena and Helen were so hospitable, and Jason saved me a lot of time by coordinating the luggage transfer from my previous hotel. Housekeeping also made me feel cared for: after a long day, the bathroom items were arranged perfectly. There’s a convenience store just a short walk away for late-night needs. My corner room had Han River views, a beautiful sight to wake up to each morning during my four-night stay. As a platinum member, I had executive lounge access. Breakfast was the same each day but had enough variety, while dinner changed a little. Staff could microwave my plate when I wanted the food really hot. The location is great, connected to the huge Shinsegae mall and various subways and buses. A solid four-star stay in a wonderful space, with good service and a perfect location. Nothing was over the top enough for five stars.

The staff were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to help us. I really enjoyed their hospitality, and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard. The facilities were impressive too, with huge swimming pools and gyms, and the food was delicious. I had an enjoyable stay and highly recommend the hotel.

Jisu, who handles customer relations, made our wedding anniversary unforgettable. I really appreciated her hospitality. The staff and service were top notch, and both the location and what the hotel offered were high quality. My stay changed what I think a hotel can offer.

The Executive Lounge was a highlight, with a great range of food, drinks, and desserts, attentive service, and extended hours for elite members. Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador members can check in privately there on the 9th floor. Check-in was very efficient, especially for Marriott Bonvoy Elite Members, and the bell attendants and security staff made a professional, welcoming first impression. Getting here is easy: JW Marriott Hotel Seoul connects directly to the Shinsegae Department Store, and Airport Limousine Bus No. 6020 from Incheon International Airport (ICN) stops across the street. Clear signs lead from the stop to the lobby. The property is in the heart of Gangnam, and its public spaces and guest rooms are elegant, clean, and impeccably maintained. Housekeeping kept the room pristine throughout my stay. JW Marriott Hotel Seoul is a fine example of contemporary luxury and thoughtful service for travelers visiting Seoul.
