I arrived to find a room that hadn't been cleaned or serviced, and they couldn't move me to another one. There was no staff available, and the self-check-in machine was useless. The manager never answered, not even once during the three days before I arrived. Agoda also wouldn't refund me because the hotel rejected my requests. A horrible experience. Don't use Agoda, and don't book this hotel either! ๐ก
