The sea view from the third or fourth floor duplex is the main reason to choose one. From there, the buildings in front don't block the ocean, the South Sea islands, or the boats. The stairs are narrow and creaky, but there's an elevator to get you up to the upper level comfortably. There were other things I liked about the place, but some might have been kindness shown to me rather than regular service, so I'll leave those out. Stay there yourself if you're curious.
