AJ House

With Nampo station just across the bridge, the apartment made a great base for seeing Busan. Our host A.J. was quick to respond and very helpful. He even took us out in the evening to see some beautiful viewpoints, with the city lights sparkling across the mountains. The harbor view from the huge windows was lovely too. Having coffee by the window while fog lifted and fishing boats headed out was a perfect start to the day. We loved both the apartment and our host.

Everything is easy to get to from here. The location is excellent, and these are the most comfortable beds we've had anywhere in Asia so far. We've been here about two months.

Getting to AJ HOUSE in the wind and rain was easy because we'd arranged an airport car in advance. AJ drove all of us straight to the guesthouse and patiently went over the neighborhood map. We could ask AJ BOSS anything. A special thanks to AJ HOUSE for working so hard to communicate with our group, since our English was limited and none of us spoke Korean. There were three rooms, two bathrooms, a huge kitchen, and a living room with a great sea view. Nampo shopping district is under a ten-minute walk, and Lotte Department Store is just over Yeongdo Bridge. The kitchen also came in handy for late-night hunger. The food at the horse-drawn carriage and market was delicious, but our homemade cheese kimchi instant noodles hit the spot when we got hungry at night. Busan Trip, September 21-26, 2024.
