I'm Taiwanese, and I don't understand the high ratings. The facilities are there, but basics like bath towels, toothbrushes, and bathroom mats aren't provided. The laptop headphones were dusty, the bathroom floor was slippery, and a broken wall hook hadn't been fixed. The cleaning staff seemed completely lazy. When you shower, water runs into the room. What's the point of designing the door like that? lol. I'd avoid booking this hotel.

If you're after a good location and value for money, I'd recommend this place. It's away from the noisy area, so there's little outside noise, and Nampo-dong's shopping district is just a five-minute walk. Bus and subway stations are close, the front desk staff were friendly, and they have free adapters at the counter. I also found the memory foam pillows quite comfortable. There were some real downsides, though. The toilet smelled strongly of smoke, so I had to hold my breath whenever I used it. The ceiling cement was peeling and looked old, and footsteps from upstairs were very noticeable, like someone was constantly jumping around.
