Breakfast is included, with toast, cereal, and eggs, and the location is just right. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly and ready to help. I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Busan.

The clean rooms, working AC, good location, free breakfast, and decent-sized lockers were all nice. But the towels had odd orange stains, which made me wonder if they’d been washed properly. I had my own, so it wasn’t a major hassle. There was some bathroom mold, though not a huge amount, and no hangers in the room for towels or clothes. With clean towels, I’d have given it more stars.

I’m disappointed by how little communication and flexibility there was. After paying, I got no reply to my questions. The property only responded once I said I might leave a one-star review, and then told me the policy meant no refund. They didn’t offer any other option, like a future discount. I didn’t stay at the property, so I can’t speak to the accommodation itself. I understand the refund policy, but it requires canceling more than five days ahead, and I booked just five days before check-in. That left no real chance to cancel for a refund. I’m sharing this so other travelers can make an informed choice before booking.

I accidentally left with the key card, but the staff were understanding and let me mail it back from Seoul. I’d stay here again. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean, and there were plenty of mirrors and vanities, haha. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were good, and the location was great, though next time in Busan I might choose somewhere near a beach. There’s no lift to the third floor, but I already knew that. I deleted my review on booking.com by accident, so I’m posting it here instead.
