Having the beach just across the street and the markets nearby made this a handy base for exploring Haeundae. The intercity bus terminal is close too, so getting on to other parts of the country was easy. My room’s balcony looked toward the beach, though other buildings were in the way. Still, I could watch the beach at different times of day without leaving the room. A great place to stay if you want to make the most of Haeundae.

Back for my second stay, and it’s still remarkably convenient. Check-in was smooth, the room had plenty of space, and there was an iron. The location makes it easy to get to Haeundae Beach, a convenience store, lots of coffee shops, halal restaurants, Haeundae Street Food Market, and Olive Young. There’s also a direct walking path to Blueline Train Mipo Station.

There aren’t many facilities here beyond the room. No in-room locker, gym, or laundry, and I wouldn’t suggest it for families. It may suit a solo traveler or a couple. I also lost a pair of newly bought slippers. When I complained, they said housekeeping hadn’t taken them. I don’t know who else could have gone into the room and taken my slippers and used toothbrushes. They didn’t help, just delayed things and denied responsibility in the end. If you stay, keep your belongings locked in your luggage or take them with you. The AC stopped working, and they didn’t fix it until the next day. I slept in a hot room; their suggestion was to open the window.

There were all kinds of food nearby, with different cuisines to choose from. The hotel was just near Hongdae Beach, and the subway station and bus stop were only a 4-5 minute walk away.

The room was super comfortable, and the hotel view was nice. It’s near the sea. From the station, just walk straight and it takes about 10 minutes.
