Brown Dot Hotel Beomil

Wonderful and clean.

The buzzing from room 305 is still going, and my room hasn't warmed up even after I told the front desk. I waited about an hour because I thought the air conditioning would heat it, but it stayed cold. Yesterday was much better: I was on the 7th floor and the room was warm right when I checked in. I'm in Busan for about 10 days on business, and after that good first night I came back to Brown Dot today. The parking lot is small, though that hasn't been a big problem. Now I'm not sure whether to stay at Brown Dot for the next 8 days.

The price is reasonable, which matters here. You know how people walk in and say, "This is so expensive," or, "Why pay that much for this room?" This place doesn't give me that feeling. The room was clean, and I liked the layout: TV, then bed, then desk, instead of the usual desk under the TV. If you've got a car, the location works perfectly.

It's handy for getting around since the hotel is just a block from a train station, though Busan's main station is about an hour away. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are really comfortable. Breakfast is fine, but the choices are pretty basic. At least the coffee is very good.
