The bedding was soft, and the towels were free of any smell. The owner was so kind, too. Even though it’s in the mountains, there weren’t many bugs because they had mosquito coils burning around the area. The BBQ spot also has a hood, so there was no smoke, and they generously provided high-quality charcoal.

The freshly made Samgyetang (chicken soup) was incredible. You need to order it ahead, and seeing them cook it themselves in a big cauldron over a wood fire made the price feel reasonable, even if it seems a little steep at first. It was really delicious, and I’d definitely come back. The room was clean, the garden was nice, and the hot water worked well.

The boiled chicken was really delicious, and the owner was kind. I had a good rest. It was a nice stay, although the annex isn’t a Hanok, so I found it a bit pricey.
