Breakfast was simple but included, and the hotel is in a quiet street, close to everything. It's a good hotel overall. The bed may be the hardest in Busan. I asked the man for an extra duvet to soften it, but he didn't seem interested and only said, "We'll see." I got the same response when I asked for help with the toilet. It didn't clean my bum.

The room was spacious, but the smell in it was really, really bad. The front desk staff didn't speak English and used Google Translate to tell us it wasn't ready, even though we arrived at 6pm. 😠 The listing said breakfast was free, but they don't serve it on weekends or holidays. Check whether your stay overlaps with a Korean holiday. We were there for four days and got no breakfast. 😠

The room and bathroom were spacious, and the location made it easy to reach local attractions, restaurants, and transport. But the toilet flush was loud enough to disturb the room, and there was no separate dressing table, so getting ready meant using the bathroom sink and mirror. Housekeeping missed a cloth left on a chair. Our family room was meant for up to four, yet we had just one large towel, one small one, one bottle of water, and no spare toilet paper. At reception, we asked Liam to call our Uber and confirm the car reservation details because of the language barrier. He looked annoyed, slammed down the calculator, and seemed impatient with our questions. It felt like we were a bother, so we were hesitant to ask for anything else. We gave two out of five stars for the staff who handled check-in and check-out; otherwise, the service fell short.

The room was roomy, and the bathroom had both a shower and bathtub. There's a simple breakfast for free, and the place is quiet, in an alley beside Lotte Department store. The subway station is about a five-minute walk away. The canvas in the room kept making cracking sounds, and the toilet bidet didn't work properly.
