We spent one afternoon here for a workshop conference, and it was a lovely venue. The equipment worked great, and reception replaced the broken battery in the mic.

It's a youth hostel, but I'd compare it to a 3 star hotel, with excellent prices. The location is great for the ocean, and restaurants and malls are within walking distance. Just expect mini towels, it's a Korean thing, and your room won't be serviced every day.
