The staff were friendly and even offered us charging cables. We overslept and checked out 20 minutes late, and although we apologized, they stayed kind and didn’t charge us extra. The place itself was a letdown, though. It’s up a hillside, far from things, with no nearby shops open at night, which makes it awkward with heavy luggage. The room looked newer in the photos than it really was. I’d booked it for the large bathtub, but it was so dirty I didn’t dare use it 🤪. The mattress protector was laid right on top of the bed instead of under the sheet, the blanket was thin and old, and both sides of the sink were dusty. The toothpaste was the most shocking part: a large tube that had already been used, apparently kept for guests until it ran out. Luckily we brought our own 😅. Even at about 1600 RMB for the weekend, it didn’t feel worth the price.
