The location is great for shopping, with places to browse just by walking around the hotel. The room also had everything a traveler needs. I especially liked the phone charger with three different cable types. If I’d known it was there, I wouldn’t have brought my own charger.

I stayed in two rooms. Room 708 was great, but 609 wasn’t good at all, with a bathroom that didn’t work properly and poor Wi-Fi. Staff were friendly enough and tried to help where they could. They speak Japanese and Korean, and only a little English, but enough to get what you need.

I paid for my reservation, then got an email from the hotel asking for more than $100 extra or they would cancel it. Very bad customer service. This hotel is a scam, so be careful booking with them!

A good place to stay if you want to be in this area. There’s a market, Lotte department store, plenty of restaurants and shops, and other useful facilities nearby.
