It's affordable and close to the subway and seobu intercity bus station. A good spot if you want some time to yourself or with someone you love.

For what it costs, it's decent. The facilities are a little dated, and it depends on the room, but some fans don't work right, the remotes don't respond well, or the room feels damp. Still okay for the price.

Getting here from the airport is easy, and the rates are reasonable, usually under 5,000 yen. I stay here often. They may ask to see your passport at check-in.

I waited outside until the check-in time, then went in. They also charged an extra 10,000 won that wasn't mentioned in the description, so it may not have been such a cheap stay after all.
