I was disappointed with my recent stay after booking a premium room. The bathroom sink area hadn't been cleaned properly, and the air conditioner had visible dirt and stains. Dust and mold-like marks were on the window frames and walls, while the furniture looked worn and poorly cared for. For what I paid, I expected a clean, hygienic room. Instead, the condition made the stay uncomfortable.

We arrived with a booking, only to be told the place was full and had no room for us, so we had to find somewhere else for the night. When we tried to get our money back, they said we hadn't shown up. Scam. Don't book here.
