I was surprised by all the bad reviews because my stay was perfectly fine. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the heated floors were especially nice on a winter visit. Jagalchi metro stop is very close, with lots of good sights and restaurants within walking distance. Great value, too.

The hotel canceled my reservation without me asking. Listing rooms that aren't actually available is unacceptable.

With my trip already planned, I had to scramble to find another hotel after the hotel canceled my reservation without asking. Demand was high, so the replacement stay cost more and the whole thing was stressful. This was because of the hotel's own circumstances, but they gave no proper explanation or alternative. I'm very disappointed by the lack of responsibility and customer care, and the cancellation caused a lot of inconvenience.

The hot tub in the room was wonderful, and you can leave your suitcase at reception for free before or after departure. They also have complimentary coffee, noodles, and cookies there. The hotel was good, but it felt odd that there’s no shared toilet, only the one in your room.

The staff were very nice, but the room was damp and the air conditioner didn’t cool it. Having the toilet and shower in separate areas was inconvenient, and a machine kept running at a low frequency that really bothered me. Overall, it wasn’t a good stay.
