The hotel itself has great facilities, and the breakfast buffet is well above average. The location, though, is a hassle if you want to visit other places. We stayed here hoping to try the famous cheese donkatsu across the road, but the line just to reserve a table was incredibly long, even in heavy rain. Maybe they built here because the land was cheap. Still, the hotel is excellent.

My favorite spot on Jeju for beef brisket. It’s Korean BBQ, so you grill it yourself over a brazier at your table. They also have fresh vegetables and soups.

Good value for the money. The room condition and amenities were good, and there’s a buffet restaurant plus lots of coupons for nearby restaurants. The parking lot gets a little crowded.

The price is reasonable, and the hotel is very clean. Its cafe and cafeteria also serve good food and coffee. I think foreign visitors will like it. It feels similar to a standard international three-star hotel.

I’ve spent the past few days trying to cancel a reservation and can’t get through to the hotel. I sent four inquiries through its website and three emails, with no reply at all. Looks like I’ll have to make an international call. The customer service is the worst. If anyone from the hotel sees this, please check your email!
