The room was clean and comfortable, and I got a great night's rest. The owner gave me a warm welcome at check-in, which was a nice touch. Although it's at the edge of Gwangalli Beach, walking along the beach to anywhere in the area was pleasant. The view from the wall meant the window wasn't a big deal, and the price was excellent for the value.
It's clean and well maintained, even though the building feels a bit old. I was glad to get a room with an ocean view, though you need to be on a certain floor or above to see the sea since the building isn't right on the beach. The rooftop of the next-door building is barely visible. The location is outside the heart of Gwangalli Beach, closer to Geumnyeonsan Station. I only regretted that there was no bidet, and the bathtub looked dated enough that I didn't feel comfortable using it. For the price and overall experience, I highly recommend this place.
The view was okay, but the service was truly awful. I was heading to the market that evening, and two cars were in front of me, so I asked them to move. They seemed annoyed and warned that if I moved then, they wouldn't be responsible for the parking space later. I was so taken aback that I wanted to say something, but held back because I didn't want to embarrass myself during the trip. The whole thing felt irresponsible, and it left me feeling bad.
To really relax in Busan, I think you need a place with a view of Gwangan Bridge. This place was beautiful both day and night. It was cozy and clean, and pretty good 😊
