The reception staff have all been very nice and helpful, and the location is convenient. We're enjoying our stay at the Sota Suite Hotel. The suite is comfortable and comes with a washing machine, oven, air conditioning, and fridge. There's hot water around the clock. Being on a main junction means it's noisy when the windows are open.

The staff were always very helpful and nice whenever I had a question. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, well equipped, and very clean. It's a secure, high-tech building, with a QR code needed both to access the room floors and to enter your room. A lovely, luxurious stay in the center of Busan, in seomyeon. The location is good, with bus stops and metro stations around. I recommend this hotel!

After five days here, we found the dining area had adequate food and seating for us. Some guests have complained about the limited breakfast menu and seating at busy times, though the breakfast is complimentary, so fine dining expectations should be toned down. We appreciated that the hotel provided it. The reception team were helpful with our questions, especially a young woman called Hailey. The hotel is new and well presented, and our room was clean and kept clean. Rates are very reasonable. The amenities are modern and adequate if you don't plan to cook, which the hotel makes very clear is not allowed. We got only two coffee mugs, with no drinking glasses, cutlery, plates, other crockery, or even a teaspoon for tea or coffee. That needs improvement. The central Seomyeon location meant we could walk to most shopping and dining. Access was tricky for the first two days, though we got used to it. Entry to the room and lift is controlled digitally with separate QR codes downloaded to your phone. If you lose your phone, leave it behind, or the battery dies, you can get locked out. Asking reception for a more conventional digital access card should fix that. The room lights are controlled through a central touch panel, which was fiddly at first, though most people should get used to the unnecessarily complex setup after a day or two. Also, watch out for the 5 cm step at the room entrance. It's a hazardous design feature that should have been avoided.

A spacious, large, clean room at an affordable price. It's more like an apartment and doesn't come with amenities, so you'll need to bring or buy shampoo, shower gel, and similar things. It's close to subway stations and the shopping area, which is very convenient for tourists.
