Dawn Beach Hotel

The ocean view was lovely, especially the clear look at Gwangan Bridge and the sunrise. The place was clean and had everything I needed, and for the price I was satisfied. The exterior wasn’t great and the room was a bit small, though. There was some noise from construction at the building across the way, but the location was good and there were plenty of other advantages.

The room was clean and cost 200,000 won for four people, which was cheap. The view was nice from bed, almost spectacular, but looking closely out the window you could see the construction site in front and it was a bit awkward. Once that work is finished, the ocean view will be gone. The hotel also felt very unfriendly. That's about it, I guess.

The room was tidy and clean, and although it wasn't big, three of us fit without trouble. We could park one car in the underground garage, with an extra charge for another. From Geumnyeonsan Station on subway line 2, it was about a 500-meter, ten-minute walk toward the beach, and the hotel is right by the shore. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby made things easy, and the price was low. Breakfast had to be booked by 9 p.m. I was very happy with what we got for the cost and would definitely stay again.

Our family room felt roomy enough, and the city view from the 8th floor was pleasant rather than boxed in. The sea is just outside, so I didn't really miss having an ocean view. For the price, I was very satisfied, and the place was clean.
