The room was modern, clean, and had a washer and dryer, which made traveling easier. The view from above the 30th floor was the highlight, with Songdo Beach and the cable cars crossing the sky. Check-in is self-service and can be a little tricky at first, but the price was affordable, under 100,000 KRW for three people. El Momento Songdo Hotel is great value if you want comfort and a beautiful view of Songdo Beach.

The balcony sea view was easily the best part of this stay. The apartment was modern, nicely furnished, and well equipped, with two powerful air conditioners and underfloor heating for comfort in any season. The kitchen had what I needed, including pots and pans, a microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and full-size fridge with freezer. A good fit for short or long stays if you’re after convenience, comfort, and a great view.

My vacation was ruined after the hotel double-sold the same room to two customers and offered no help, repeatedly pointing the finger at the online platform. The staff’s arrogant manner made things worse. One person kept saying he was off work and that I shouldn’t bother him. El Elemento Hotel never apologized or offered compensation, and I left with a very negative impression of Busan.

They checked me in very late, and this is just an apartment block, not a hotel. They don’t answer the phone. Don’t book here.
