The staff member who helped us check in during the early hours on the 5th of January also assisted us at checkout. We didn’t get his name, but he spoke fluent English and was extremely helpful both times. We really appreciated his kindness and won’t forget it. The room was well kept, with excellent cleaning, heated floors for the cold weather, and enough space for two. We did notice occasional drain smells and drain flies, but otherwise had nothing to complain about. It was a lovely stay and a great first experience in Seoul. We’d gladly return when we’re in Seoul.

Senior Manager Lee Seok Min made the stay especially memorable. He was professional, attentive, and always smiling, taking care of the little details to make sure I was comfortable, which meant a lot after being away from home for many days. Uh Flat Seocho was clean, beautifully maintained, safe, and comfortable, with everything I needed. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and daily cleaning plus the peaceful atmosphere made it feel better than staying in a hotel. I had an amazing time in Seoul, and I’m grateful for the excellent place and service.

There’s a lot included here: a big TV, cozy comfortable bed, bidet toilet, and other facilities. Cafes are all around, and the location is decent. I found the A/C and TV remotes a bit hard to use since they’re in Korean. For the price, though, it was a good stay.

I’m back for about my 7th stay now, and I keep returning because the place is beautiful, modern, luxurious, and spacious. That extra room made recovering from surgery much easier than it would have been in a hotel. The staff are so kind, too. They helped with an early check-in and check-out when I was struggling after surgery, and that’s why I’ll keep coming back 🥹

The room upgrade from Ms. Jiyeon made my first night in Korea feel especially welcoming. As a foreigner, I was touched by her warm hospitality and truly grateful. The room had everything I could need: a full bathroom, kitchen, living room with a TV and sofa, separate bedroom, plus an in-room washer and dryer with ironing and drying functions. The bathroom was modern, clean, and exactly to my taste. I had a wonderful night here and think the hotel is great value for money.
