I'm posting this on Google because I was so angry after reading the accommodation's response to the review I left on another site. It was full of lies, from beginning to end. Over the course of a month, I stayed here for a total of one week, in visits of three and four nights. I work, come back after the day, eat dinner, and sleep. On the first three-night stay, the boiler was off, the TV wouldn't switch to the external input, and there was no hot water, so I had to wash my hair with cold water. A male staff member with slightly lighter hair fixed the problems and treated me kindly, so that part was fine. About ten days later, I booked another four nights. Two friends had come over for dinner on the earlier stay, and we ordered delivery and stayed about two hours. The staff asked for an extra 30,000 won, which I paid. During the later stay, a lot of upsetting things happened. When I asked the woman at reception, she said she was the owner. You really are something. The response says they changed my room about three times. That isn't true. They moved me once. Before booking, I had agreed to stay on the top floor, but when I asked about it, they said they'd got the dates wrong, asked whether I wasn't supposed to use the 3rd floor, and claimed there was no top floor. They ignored me for two days and wouldn't move me to the agreed floor. Only after my frustrated friends spoke to the owner did a supposedly nonexistent room suddenly appear. I guess they took advantage of me because I was a woman staying alone. And the claims about the bathrobe and my luggage? The top-floor room had a thin, slippery robe. I asked if they had one like a towel, and was flatly told no. I went down to the 3rd floor, got the robe I'd been using for two days, and wore it until checkout. When I was changing rooms, I carried my suitcase back and forth myself. I never asked anyone to move my luggage, despite what the response says, as if they'd actually done it for me. I never spoke informally to them. I didn't ask for special favors; I always said, "Could you please do this for me?" Is it right for an owner to treat a guest, someone like a daughter, so disrespectfully, speaking informally, grumbling, crossing their arms, and glaring at me with their head tilted? If they'd really acted like they were giving me orders, I wouldn't be this angry, would I? People say the customer is always right, but I'd feel less wronged if they'd at least acted like a bully. Owner, have you wasted all these years? Did writing a response full of lies make you feel better or clean up your image? Aren't you the one making the staff's friendliness look bad? I wrote two reviews in January. Please read them, and read the response you wrote too. And you know what needs remodeling first, before the accommodation itself, right? :)

The beach is nearby, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants, so finding food isn't a problem. The front desk manager was friendly. The building isn't new or particularly clean, but it feels cozy. The bathtub seems meant for a half-bath, though it was still immersive enough. Parking was a little cramped. I was satisfied overall.

The hotel service felt like a lower-grade guesthouse. The floor was wobbly too, though by then it seemed minor compared with everything else. People who seem to be on the same level as hotel guests stay here a lot. Around midnight, the room next door was loud; when I went out to check, the room beside that one was noisy too. I called reception to ask them to quiet down, but the noise only got worse. Had I known they'd be drinking and making noise until 4 AM, I would've gone over before midnight and collected their heads. That's a lifelong regret. There was a musty mold smell, and mold had spread on the wall under the wallpaper instead of being removed. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and the smell was awful. Under the sink was open, rusty, and greasy. They sprayed loads of bleach to cover the bad odor, but combined with the stale smell it created a dog-eat-dog stink. They call it a "view hotspot," but the structure is shabby. The balcony was inaccessible, with cigarette butts and trash on it, and a sign covering the top. Noise came through badly from the side, with basically no soundproofing. The gap under the entrance door made it even louder.

I used to smoke, so other people smoking in front of me usually doesn't bother me. But this place was full of cigarette smoke and had a musty smell. The odor was everywhere, from the bathroom tiles to the bed frame and the dusty TV. It was hard to imagine the smell getting that deeply into everything by accident. In the middle of the night I really wanted to switch rooms, but it was so bad I just put up with it for a day and left. Even the bathroom tiles smelled. Amazing, honestly. By the way, all the rooms are marked non-smoking, hahaha.
