The name shown for the hotel didn't match the booking site's listing, which caused a lot of confusion and made people think it was a hotel in the South District. I contacted the hotel, but they wouldn't refund me. Check the address carefully before booking. If your budget allows, another hotel may be a better choice.

Room 307 had a serious drainage problem in the bathroom. After a shower, water sat on the floor until the next morning, and the toilet would clog. It may just be an issue with that room, so you might want to bring it up when checking in. The ventilation seemed better on the 8th floor. Aside from that, this is a fairly new hotel with a lot going for it. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the TV is huge and can be extended. There's underfloor heating and international outlets, so you don't need to bring an adapter. The bathroom is large too, with a bathtub, bidet toilet, plenty of hot water, and strong shower pressure. The common areas have a coffee machine, ice maker, and LG washer-dryer tower. The price is reasonable and the location convenient, so without that drainage issue I'd highly recommend it.
