The price was good and the location was great. Staff were friendly, though communicating directly was difficult because their English was limited. The hotel occupies two floors of a larger building rather than having its own, and the building wasn’t well maintained.

The room was clean and pleasant, and it was in the area I wanted, close to Metro stations. What stood out most was how much the staff helped. My airline had lost my bag for four days, and the team followed up for me several times until I got it back before leaving for my next destination. I was hugely grateful. It’s a small hotel, but I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Busan.

The price is good, though the staff’s professionalism was only average. There was also a chemical smell in the room, possibly from recent renovation work.

The location made getting to nearby amenities and food places easy, and the room was spacious with a million dollar view. The toiletries were good quality, too. We hadn’t expected much from a relatively small hotel in Busan, but the staff’s hospitality really impressed me. I was visiting Busan for the first time and the friendly guys at the counter gave me lots of advice. I didn’t get their names. I’ll definitely book here again when I’m back. Thank you.
